What we collect
When you buy tickets.
Our ticketing is handled by Ticket Tailor. When you book, they collect your name, email address, billing details and order information. We receive your name, email and what you ordered. We do not receive or store your full card details at any point.
When you buy merchandise.
Our shop runs on Squarespace. When you order, we collect your name, email address, delivery address and order details. Payment is processed by Squarespace's payment providers; we do not see or store your full card details.
When you contact us.
If you email us or message us on social media, we hold whatever you send us, along with your name and contact details, so we can reply.
When you visit the site.
Our website provider collects standard analytics — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. Some of this uses cookies. See our Cookie Policy for detail.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
To process and fulfil your ticket or merchandise order — so we can deliver what you paid for. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
To contact you about your order, or about changes to an event — so you're not turning up to something that's changed. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
To reply to your enquiries — so we can help you. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
To keep financial and tax records — because we're required to. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
To understand how our website is used — so we can improve it. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in improving our site, and your consent where non-essential cookies are involved.
To send you news about upcoming shows — if you've asked us to. Lawful basis: consent.
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Who we share it with
We share personal information with the service providers who make our operation work:
Ticket Tailor — ticketing and box office
Squarespace — website hosting, shop and payments
INKTHREADABLE — merchandise printing and fulfilment
THE PARISH / event venues — where we need to share a guest list or accessibility requirements with the venue
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we never will.
International transfers
Some of our providers are based outside the UK. Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on our providers' appropriate safeguards, such as UK International Data Transfer Agreements or adequacy decisions. You can ask us for more detail.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records: six years after the end of the relevant financial year, as required for tax purposes
Enquiry correspondence: up to two years after your last contact with us
Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe, and then a minimal record so we don't email you again by mistake
Analytics data: as set out in our Cookie Policy
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
Ask us to delete your information, in certain circumstances
Ask us to restrict how we use it, in certain circumstances
Object to us using it, where we rely on legitimate interests
Ask us to transfer it to another provider, in certain circumstances
Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent
To exercise any of these, email tidalwrestlingleeds@gmail.com. We will respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Children
Our events are not recommended for under-12s, and our website and mailing list are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without a parent or guardian's involvement. If you believe we hold information about a child, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date at the top.
cookie policy

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember things about your visit — what's in your basket, whether you've dismissed a banner, how you found the site.
The cookies we use
Strictly necessary. These make the site work. They remember your shopping basket, keep you logged in during checkout, and secure your session. The site cannot function without them, so they don't require your consent.
Analytics. These tell us how many people visit, which pages they look at, and how they arrived. We use this to work out what's worth putting effort into. These are only set if you accept them.
Marketing. These let us show adverts to people who have visited our site, and measure whether those adverts worked. These are only set if you accept them.
Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by services we use rather than by us directly:
Squarespace — hosting, shop and site analytics
Ticket Tailor — where ticket booking is embedded on our site
social media platforms — where we embed social posts or video, those platforms may set their own cookies
These providers have their own privacy and cookie policies, which we'd encourage you to read.
Managing cookies
You can change your preferences at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in our footer.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Be aware that blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of the site — including checkout — from working.
More information
For how we handle personal information generally, see our Privacy Policy.
terms & conditions
Last updated: 2 August 2026
These terms apply to tickets and merchandise bought from Tidal Wrestling Ltd (company number 17070469), registered in England and Wales, registered office 53 Mermaid Tower, Abinger Grove, London SE8 5ST. Contact: tidalwrestlingleeds@gmail.com.
By buying a ticket or attending one of our events, you accept these terms.
TICKETS
Buying
Tickets are sold through Ticket Tailor. Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. Please check the details on it — we can't be responsible for you turning up on the wrong day.
Tickets are for personal use. They may not be resold for profit, offered as a prize, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission. Any ticket resold in breach of this may be cancelled without refund.
Refunds and cancellation
Tickets are non-refundable. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, tickets for leisure events taking place on a specific date are exempt from the usual 14-day right to cancel. This means once you've bought a ticket, you do not have an automatic right to change your mind.
If you can't make a show, contact us as early as you can and we'll do what we reasonably can — but we're not obliged to refund or transfer.
Card changes
Advertised matches and talent are subject to change. Wrestling is a physical business. Wrestlers get injured, travel falls through, and cards change — sometimes on the day, sometimes during the show.
We will always try to give as much notice as possible and to provide a replacement of comparable standing. However:
No advertised wrestler or match is guaranteed to appear
Changes to the card do not entitle you to a refund
This applies however late the change happens
If we cancel or postpone
If we cancel an event entirely, you'll be offered a full refund of the ticket price, or a transfer to a rescheduled date if there is one.
If we postpone, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you can't make it, contact us within 14 days of the new date being announced and we'll refund you.
We're not responsible for any other costs you've incurred — travel, accommodation, time off work.
At the show
Doors and start times are as advertised. Latecomers may be admitted at our discretion and may have to wait for a break in the action.
We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is abusive, intoxicated, or behaving in a way that puts others at risk. No refund is given in these circumstances.
Our events are not recommended for under-12s. Shows contain violence, strong language and moments of an adult nature. We run to 12A-style guidance: younger children may attend at a parent or guardian's discretion, and anyone under 12 should be accompanied by an adult. Please see our FAQ.
Venue conditions apply, including any bag searches or age checks for the bar.
Do not throw anything into the ring or interfere with the performers. It is dangerous and you will be removed.
Please see our FAQ for accessibility information, or contact us before the show and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Photography and filming
Our events are photographed and filmed. By attending, you accept that you may appear in photographs or footage, and you give us permission to use that material to promote Tidal, including on our website, social media and in advertising, without payment.
If you have a specific concern about appearing in footage, speak to us before the show and we'll do what we can.
You're welcome to take photos and short clips for your own personal use. Professional equipment, and recording matches in full for distribution, is not permitted without our written permission.
MERCHANDISE
Ordering
Merchandise is sold through our online shop. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Delivery
Items are printed and shipped by our fulfilment partner. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Once an item has been dispatched, delivery timing is in the carrier's hands.
Returns
Unlike tickets, merchandise is covered by the 14-day right to cancel. You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and return the item within 14 days of telling us.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in a resaleable condition
You pay for return postage unless the item is faulty or wrong
We'll refund within 14 days of receiving the item back
Personalised or made-to-order items are excluded from this right, unless faulty
To start a return, email tidalwrestlingleeds@gmail.com with your order number.
Faulty items
If something arrives faulty or damaged, tell us within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it, including postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
GENERAL
Liability
We don't limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket or order.
Attending a live wrestling event carries inherent risks. Wrestlers move at speed and occasionally leave the ring. Follow instructions from staff and ring crew.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
Complaints
If something's gone wrong, email tidalwrestlingleeds@gmail.com and we'll try to sort it out.
